To me, the culinary arts is just that. It's bringing out the right flavor and personality of each dish. This requires lots of creativity and passion. I like to make people happy, and I think that food is a great way to please and to make one happy. I strive to do just that.

Brian show a clear love for working the grill and the creation of his "secret marinades." Brian has cooked up dishes on grill for me several times and I have never been disappointed. Great cook, great attitude and a great smile to boot ; )
