FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep all my prices down and always want to be competitive with others!! So if someone beets my proposal let me know and I’ll most likely them by at least 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off get to know the job and the person you are contracting out to. Every person is different and the way they describe things, and the process of showing or telling us he things they have visioned is gonna be different. I would rather my crew and I take time at the beginning to make sure our contract is correct and the project is well outlined from step one on. If not it can cost the customer more money and we have to back up and take more time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gotten a journeyman license in cabinetry and have training in the civil engineering side of things from my time spent in the military. I’ve held a welding certification since my senior year of high school.
