- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive with others. I know how expensive parties can be,. but I guarantee quality for the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first speak with the customer on the phone. Then if meeting is not possible, to set up a video conversation using Skype, messenger, or whatever is convenient. I want to get to know the customer well enough to be able to understand exactly what is expected before that special day arrives.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a bartender for about 6 years when I decided to move to Savannah, Ga. I applied to be a bartender at the Hyatt in Savannah. They hired me as a banquet bartender. It was different than what I was used to, but I fell in love with doing special events lime weddings, birthday parties, etc.
