Introduction: I am a very personal and caring person with all of my customers, as I understand their needs and wants , being a mother and woman myself! I am also a very hard worker in anything I do! And in the end I want everyone to be happy with any type of job I have done for them.
I enjoy helping the people that are just like me, trying to work and take care of their families everyday. It's nice to know how happy they are!

Scheduled an appointment days in advance. Communicated via message about a time and day multiple times to confirm. Tried to call her multiple times to ask a question, but never picked up. Messaged and got responses several hours later. Should have been my red flag!
The Morning she is suppose to show up she says she will be there between 9:30 and 10. I messaged back great! I then get a message around 10 saying she is having an emergency with her kid and that she has to handle bc her ex husband is out of town. Asks if she can reschedule for that afternoon instead. I agree bc I understand things come up. She says she will show up between 12-1. Around 1:30 I ask her any updates...no response. 2pm I give her a call...no one answers. I then send her multiple messages to say I won’t be needing her bc she has basically wasted my entire day sitting around waiting for her to show. No response and never shows up.
I understand life happens, but I would appreciate some respect to say your not showing up. If you want to run a successful business you need to be professional. I cannot recommend Mindy due to my experience.
