- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $65 diagnostic charge. I charge a flat rate for repairs so you know upfront what the repair will cost. The diagnostic fee goes away when you repair. I offer 10% of parts for veterans and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment to take a look at the appliance. I give you a quote before any repairs are done. Some repairs can be done same day depending on the repair needed and most parts cant be obtained within 1 to 2 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Diploma from Delta Technical College in HVAC and Major Appliance Repair. Also, an Associates in HVAC Technologies from Vatterott College. I spent 8 years in the USAF working on Munitions Systems and 5 years in the field with HVAC and MAR.
