- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and negligible. I also offer flat rates for longer in depth projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to first contact the client to get a better understanding of what documentation is needed and the deadline. I would then advise the client on the documentation and issue a more accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a degree in Legal Studies that is approved by the American Bar Association.
