- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service team and as such require the 6% of which we are paid 3% and the agent bringing the buyer is also paid 3% for the total commission of 6%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For sellers, Kathy does a full financial analysis on the property, our assistant drafts all the paperwork and pulls the deed. Patti and Kathy review the analysis and both meet with the clients. We listen to their needs, goals and wants. We preview the property. Kathys role is the financial analysis and the marketing. Patti stays in relationship with the clients, negotiates the offers and once under contract navigates the repair negotiations and process. Together our goal is to Simplify the Process from Start to Finish all while getting Top Price in the Shortest Period of Time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Patti and Kathy work with the sellers. We have 1 Buyers Agent currently and expanding. Our Buyers agent is highly skilled and works with all our Buyers.
