FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We look at each job and try to develop a price. We consider travel, how many investigators it will take to complete the job successfully, and difficulty of the job. We are generally not the cheapest price, but if you look at our bio's and our success rate you will see you're getting a lot more by hiring us. The old saying of, "You get what you pay for."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet face to face when possible, but we can also discuss the case by phone. We want to establish what goals our clients have in mind. We want to make sure we are going to be able to accomplish what they want. If not, we will be honest and let the client know. We will not do anything illegal. We have worked with lawyers and understand any information gained illegally can't be used in court. We feel it is very important to meet with our clients.
