- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, I offer bespoke pricing. I believe every wedding and situation is different, and bespoke pricing allows me to cater to the specific and individual needs of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically reach out to each new client with an introductory email wherein I like to schedule a phone call with them for a later time. By taking this approach, I feel like I am not disruptive to their day and we have the opportunity to chat at a time that's convenient for them! It's very important to me that my clients truly get a feel for my personality and that they are assured we will make a great team!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photography enthusiast since I was the ripe ole' age of thirteen! I had my first photographic job at sixteen, working at Sadie's Portrait Studio in Canton, Ohio. I took whimsical pictures of babies! From then on out, I worked for many different portrait studios until I was eighteen, when I finally embarked on wedding photography. I was supervised by some great industry leaders of all different talents and styles. At 24, I had over 50 weddings and 3 years of schooling for Visual Communications with an emphasis in Photography under my belt and decided it was time to an entrepreneur! I've been working independently as a freelancer since and officially launched my business in 2014.
