- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Each client's scope of work is different and each website has a different number of pages to assess.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We interview each client so that we have in-depth knowledge of their needs, goals, and scope of work to be done. We then do a deep dive audit of their website to understand their current SEO, social media, technical factors, competitors, and the effect their website on their digital marketing. We then present our findings along with challenges, fixes, and opportunities that need to be addressed to meet their financial goals. If a site is new or in redesign, we do the above work but recommend the SEO be "baked in" during the design for optimal, long-term effect.

An MBA in marketing, numerous courses and conferences on SEO and digital marketing. We also have years of self-study and many satisfied clients.
