- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is different and every customer has different needs. We will customize the system specifically for your home and needs. Services start at $39.99 and can go up depending on the different services you would like to add.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most companies prefer to send a sales rep to your home so they can sell you as much equipment as possible to maximize their commission. We do not like this approach and we believe our customers deserve better. Our process is simple. It all starts with a phone call. We will not ask you to make a final decision on this call and we will not ask for any sensitive personal information or payment information on this call. One of our qualified home security advisors will ask you a few questions about your home and any security concerns you have. We will go over the equipment and services that you will receive and give you a price quote on this call. If everything sounds good to you, we will set up a time for you to meet with one of our certified, licensed technicians. They will come to your home, show you the system, show you how it works, answer any questions you may have, and if you're satisfied with everything we will install the system that same day. If for any reason you decide not to move forward after seeing everything in person, we will shake hands and part as friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We will only send a certified and licensed installation technician. All of our technicians must pass an extensive FBI background check and drug screen.
