- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give customers a ballpark estimate on their projects but we can only give an estimate. If it's simple with little to no revisions, we're known for even cutting a better deal that we quote. If it's a long winded project, then we tend to charge a little more for the time. We aim to keep the customer satisfied so we also work with budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take all of your projects requirements and ideas and we build everything around it. We DO NOT stop working until everything we do for you is exceptional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Derrell(Owner/CEO) has a Bachelors Degree in Business/Design. Alan(Sr. Designer) has a Bachelors Degree from The Art Institute of Dallas and has been designing for many years before that.
