- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Ridley-Lowell Business and Technical Institute with a Technical Diploma in Networking and Technical Support Specialist. I also worked in a drop off computer repair shop for over 3 years, which exposed me to all common and many very strange computer issues. I have over 10 years experience in total.
