Lucas came out on a Saturday when we found mold in our duct work. Our daughter had a cough for a couple weeks and we figured this had something to do with it. When he heard of this he rushed over to take a look. We went through the crawl space together and noticed all of the problems that needed to be addressed. They took care of everything and made us comfortable with the decision to use them to the point I am having them back to do some more home improvements. I would reccommend them to anyone!Aug 18, 2018
Lucas and Amber were great to deal with. I purchased this house to flip and didn't realize how extensive the damage and mold was in my crawl space and subfloor. Lucas came out and gave me a quote and started work almost immediately. He sprayed all floor and joists with Bora Care and replaced all rotten subfloor and drywall. He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy even to the point of replacing my sink valves that were leaking as well. He was scheduled to come and then sent a last minute message through thumbtack saying he had an emergency so he needed to cancel So we rescheduled for the following Tuesday at 11. That Tuesday I waited til 12:30 then left my house, he called and apologized and said he was running late and one of his workers did t show up for work so that left him in a bind Though he was polite, the reality is: he never called to say he was running late.
