I will sit down with a client or work with them on what exactly they are looking for, and all the details of the event. I will come up with a final menu and a price and bring that back to them to then move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of culinary schooling as well as 3 years in restaurants and private catering.
