Anthony and his team at Classic Coatings are the type of service provider you wish everyone was like. Everything done just right, very thorough and conscientious, checking in and confirming things, not making assumptions or taking shortcuts. He kept me apprised of status which was important because I live in a different state and was coordinating this for my mother's house. My mother has very high standards and when she reported back how things looked she praised the work. Paint was applied smoothly and importantly the prep work was carefully done, which ends up making the biggest difference in the final aesthetic. There was smooth spackling and they even repaired a big hole in our front closet before painting it. It was not a small job-- more or less painting the whole interior to prepare for house sale, and the crew pushed through it all without compromises. Timeliness was very good, including a rally at the end to finish up a bit earlier than the original estimate, leaving us time for other house renovations before the open house. Anthony is very pleasant to work with and highly communicative. He is personable and shows he cares about the work quality and meeting customers' needs. I run a customer experience consulting firm and can see all the elements of being customer-focused. My mother and I highly recommend Classic Coatings for any paint job. You will get quality, caring and speed.

WOW! So we needed some painting done interior and exterior...ASAP (trying to get our house spiffed up to sell). They responded immediately, came out within a few hours and had a quote for us shortly afterwards. Their team showed up a day later and knocked out the interior in half a day. Superb job! They even repaired some needed areas on a ceiling. They couldn’t paint the outside due to rain, so hopefully it will ease up to get them in here. Their prices will be hard to beat! And good luck finding a painter with the knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism they displayed; we will use Classic Coatings again for sure. We highly recommend them for any painting project you may have. It’s hard finding good contractors; these guys are fantastic and trustworthy. Hire them!!

All I can say is that I will never hire another painting company. They were just so wonderful and professional and friendly and kind and willing to go above and beyond to make their work look good that I am so impressed. You don’t have to look any further if you want quality work done at a reasonable price and have people in your house that you’re happy to have. My ceilings and walls look amazing. They came in and covered everything and really spent time caring for my things so that they wouldn’t get paint on them. And then they cleaned up afterwards so it was cleaner I think, than it was before they came. Absolutely terrific. Look no further.

Pricing can change and fluctuate very often, a standard hourly rate is usually only used on Commercial jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step of our process is to make contact with the perspective customer. I then meet the customer at the job site to cover any questions or issues they may want to make me aware of. At this point, we do a thorough walk through of the job site to identify a plan and produce an estimate for the customer. After reviewing the estimate and fielding any questions the customer may have in terms of start time, material used, and job completion. We also bring along a list of recent references and a copy of both our Workers Compensation and General Liabilty Inscurance. If the customer makes a great choice and decides to hire us, we then start to make a solid schedule and choose color schemes. After completing these steps we are ready to go! I hope you noticed I did not mention the word DEPOSIT anywhere in describing how we plan a new project. Here at Classic Coatings Inc we do not require a dime until we are complete and you are 100% satisfied! We also offer a 3 year guarantee on most of our projects. Remember at Classic Coatings Inc.
