Introduction: We provide great food at an affordable price to make your event something special. Rachel and I do not schedule more than one event per week. Our commitment is to that client and no one else! We now take credit and debit cards, cash and checks. With more than 35 years in the food industry, making my guest feel special is number 1. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have event packages in several price tiers but those customers who prefer to customize, we can certainly do that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with our prospective customers to hear more about their event and what their vision and expectations are from our services.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I catered my wedding in 1979 and fell in love with the idea of bringing an event to life! My passion started with the wedding cakes (which I can't fit into my schedule anymore) and quickly evolved into the food. I officially started R&L Catering in October of 2015 to persue my lifelong dream of doing my passion full time.
