- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many projects are quoted by the job so you know the price up front. There are a few instances where it is impossible to estimate a job may take, in which case we would use the hourly rate. One example of this would be something like furniture assembly or swing set assembly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to give a ballpark estimate via text, email, or phone when possible so that I'm not wasting your time and then if it's something the customer would like to follow through with I can schedule a date. Usually I am booking the following week, but in some cases same-day service may be available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was formally trained in Landscape Design and Construction and also have approximately 17 years of experience in residential construction. My experience includes remodels, outdoor kitchen and patio projects. I have done facility maintenance for 5 years and I also built my own home in 2014.
