- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Embracing Hands Concierge Services customize standard package prices on a customer to customer basis. This allows us to best meet a diverse range of needs for clients. Initial consultation can be also completed by email, texting, or telephone calls. However, a in person walk through is highly recommended before a job is started as stated before.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, if possible a general meet and greet. Second, a walk through of the property for cleaning to gather a quality assessment of the customers needs to include pricing, time and days of service. Third, after reviewing the needs with the current work order schedule we will contact the customer with a answer within 24 hours. This process is our way to ensure that clear and meaningful communication occurs because customer satisfaction is essential. All initial consultation are free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a extensive educational background in the education, health and counseling field. However, it is the years (17) of working in a hospital and clinic that fuels my passion for providing a clean environment for others to work in. Cleanliness is something that I take great pride in and it is essential in any commercial or office space. However, my mother has cleaned houses for years (8 plus) and my sister for 2 years.
