Delivering an end result that has a personal touch to fit you and to give your project a message that evokes emotions. I love creating. Making something that lasts a lifetime and has a message that's meaningful or creating something that helps a business bloom. Being a local business myself there are not many things more satisfying than being able to help another through my work. I have to say where I excel and what I truly love doing are love story videos (these are usually videos done by a couple who have recently been engaged.) and Legacy videos/Anniversary videos.

I had a time-sensitive project that involved pulling together various short video clippings into a long film type format and saved onto a two-disc DVD final product . I provided her with nearly two dozen video clippings that had various background qualities and of various lengths. In the end, Melissa's work exceeded my expectations. She was able to make a very professional looking product under a tight timeline. Melissa was highly responsive at all hours of the day, very thoughtful and professional and she always had a recommended solution to any little or big problems that cropped up. I had an excellent experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
at this time I do not have a standard pricing system as I take in each project and determine a price that works with the clients wants/needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a face to face meeting to get a chance to get to know who the customer is, understand their goals and be able to walk them through the the process so we both understand what the end product is and what's doable for the budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Independent Digital Film Bachelors degree from Madison Media Institute
