- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a wide array of pricing options. Ranging from Debit/Credit Cards (Discover, Visa, MasterCard), Wells Fargo Financing, Seasonal Coupons, U.S. Veteran Discounts and Senior Citizen Discounts. Please call for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We will start by contacting our new customer via phone or email (whichever is preferred by the customer). 2. We will then schedule a time that works for the homeowner to come out to the property to take a look at the HVAC equipment. 3. From there, we will diagnose the issue, and talk with the customer on a range of potential solutions - and give our expert opinion on which solution is the best option for them. 4. Lastly, it is up to the customer to decide which "plan of action" they would feel most comfortable taking. Note: We never add any sort of pressure on potential customer(s), and make sure that we have answered any/all questions that they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service technicians and HVAC system installers are NATE Certified (North American Technician Excellence).
