- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cheapest isn’t always the best. You get what you pay for and I guarantee 100% customer satisfaction or we will clean it again. We have never had to reclean any of our jobs but we always try to do that something extra if it needs to be done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by joining a cleaning crew that cleaned the newer dorms at the university of tennessee.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been lucky and worked with some very nice customers. They have always been respectful and nice.
