Tom Payne has a wide range of construction and home/building maintenance knowledge. Tom managed the design and construction of a screened-in porch for my home in Virginia. He has an unusual combination of both basic construction and quality finishing skills. I LOVED the porch, but have since sold the house.
If you provide Tom with a specific goal, a budget, a deadline, and regular supervision, you'll be very happy with the finished project.
As one of Tom's neighbor's, I also came to rely on him during problems and emergencies for his general handyman skills and his ever-present cooperative, friendly support, with a can-do attitude.
