all of the above. Bob is a perfectionist. He would tear out and re-do places where I could see no problem. He didn't accept the work until he was sure it was as close to perfect as he could get it. He used creativity in re-doing my kitchen, that impressed even the suppliers. Katrina is a wonderful help-mate. She goes with Bob on all jobs just to be there to help when needed and moral support if he's having a rough time. They make an awesome team. Bob and Katrina did several remodeling projects for us, and if we hadn't moved, I'm sure we would be having him do more. They are good Christian people with values and morals they adhere to. They have become like family to us--very dear friends. We strongly recommend them and trust them explictly--access to our house, on time for projects and/or explain how and why's. A wonderful 'company'.

Bob and Katrina were extremely helpful in planning and completing a project to finish our basement. They found many instances of poor quality work by the builder and were able to compensate. The finished product is outstanding.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
this is a base rate, 4 hour minimum. additional work would be subject to review based on the time/tools/difficulty involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we visit to establish work wanted, return with costs and contract. once time and cost are established, we schedule start date and take good faith deposit. even drywall repairs can take 3 trips.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
lifetime of practical application in all phases of construction. hold license for home improvement and new construction.
