- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always up-front. I understand pricing and trust have a direct reflection on how my business will grow and succeed, therefore I try and ask as many questions as I need in order to get a clear understanding of what the job will entail and price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with a new customer, as well as repeat customers, I try and reach out after my initial quote is sent and viewed. On hired jobs I like to reach out to the customer and let them know when I am on the way for our scheduled time frame. I always try and arrive on time, because I understand it is important to make a great first impression.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with several customers at this point. I am a people person and I enjoy getting to know folks I meet everyday, it makes the job complete and at the same time builds a stronger customer base. Some customers are a little more demanding than others but my number one goal is to make sure all are pleased, whether it be pricing or timing of project completion!
