- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know you and how you use your Mac. This way I can help you to make the most of your technology investment. Aside from resolving the primary issue you reported, I run through a 12-point health check to make sure that there are no other problems lurking around the corner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certifications from Apple and other related companies, a degree in Computer Science, and more than 25 years supporting Apple fans.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first Mac was a Mac Plus in 1987. I've been enjoying helping Apple fans ever since. It started as a hobby and became my career – my passion – in the 90's.
