By working within your budget and staging your home, we help you to sell your home for the best possible price and help you sell your home quickly. We also provide simple staging to assist Landlords in getting their rental homes under lease. We stage homes in most of North Atlanta's counties, including Hall, Lumpkin and Dawson counties Every home is different and we enjoy the challenge of working with each home's good points and not so good. Our goal is to strive to highlight your home's strengths, downplay its weaknesses and appeal to the greatest possible pool of prospective buyers when staging your home.

Affordable Home Staging did a great job staging my home in Roswell. The staging was very reasonable as I contacted many other staging companies in greater Atlanta area prior to them . Before AHS staged our prior rental home, we had many people come thru our home and rec'd no reasonable offers. And after they staged our home, we got 2 very good offers. Gail was professional and had an eye for detail . Also she offered great advice on what was most important and offered several prices based on how much of our home we wished to be staged. Even my real estate agent was impressed and said it was the reason we got the sales price.

Excellent job and helped us rent an apartment by some simple staging. It had been on the rental market for awhile and once staged, we had several prospective tenants and got our pick who we wished to rent our condo to.

We offer very affordable staging as we understand that as the seller, minimizing costs and maximizing results, are your number one priority along with getting the best price for your home and selling your home quickly. After visiting your home, we advise you on what we feel needs to be staged based on your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a consultation on the phone. If our clients wish to proceed ,we do a home visit to see how to advise clients on rooms needed to be staged to sell their home quickly and for the highest price possible. We seek to minimize their cost, but maximize results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years combined experience between myself and partner in the real estate and rental business.
