- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies with the length of the event and the distance of the venue. I am very competitive when it comes to pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try very hard to be available to communicate closely with any customer. Phone calls and emails are all returned promptly. I could also be available to meet in person with a client if desired.
