- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a pretty standard pricing system. I do not charge a fee for anything that I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our approach is education based - we teach people how money works. We show how to protect the client income and show what needs to be done in order to retire they way they want. Generally there are a total of three meetings. The first we show the concepts and answer any questions or concerns the client may have. The second we collect data and on the third meeting we present the proposal and make any changes we need to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Honorably discharged Gulf War veteran of the United States Navy. Additionally I have a Bachelors in Business Management from Kent State as well as an Executive MBA. I hold active Series 6 and 65 licenses which means I can help someone with nothing build something. If a client has significant assets I can help them to protect it and provide a legacy as well.
