This is an off-site job for an investment house. Texas Platinum Landscaping made it easy, all with a phone call. Moved for sale signs and put them back after trimming grass, checked doors were locked so I wouldn't have to drive miles to check (realtor's forgot earlier in the week to lock them so I had them check just in case), invoice sent by email, online payment. Nice and easy to do business with - just the way I like it.
