- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on what you can afford and what services you require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually meet at their offices, but I have a few clients I've never met in person and both have worked out well. I ask questions about their business, about they've had in the past and what they think they need from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 122 hours toward a B.A. in Accounting from University of Houston, and 15 years of experience in accounting positions, starting from A/P Clerk and moving up quickly to Accounting Manager.
