Introduction: * It's Time to Raise The Bar * We are an organization comprised of only the Elite in Event Bartenders. We are all specifically TACB Certified as well as have the state-required Food Handlers Licenses in addition to some other credentials as events/venues have needed. ALL of us also obtained BOTH our NFL AND Super Bowl Credentials to participate in pre-Super Bowl Events as well as work VIP Events the day of the Super Bowl. The total number of background checks was 4, and the Super Bowl Day-of-Events required the 4th - which was a FBI Background Check. We also provide Senior Bar Whisperers & Junior Bar Whisperers. The difference between the two is the Seniors can do it all - from heavy lifting; high-volume details/service; extensive event & drink making experience; etc. The Juniors have all the same licenses/background checks; however, they aren't ready just yet for the High-Volume, Full-Service drink making, and they want to learn while helping you with all of the minutia of Guest Service - from serving food, picking up plates; refilling drinks; helping with clean-up; helping stock the Bar, etc. Our focus is to be that one-stop shop of Event People & Services for those that want HIGH QUALITY & ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Because we will only commit to Events that we CAN commit to - you won't find us cancelling - arriving late - or having personal issues that conflict with your Event. We won't be on our cell phones. We dress professionally in accordance with your requests, and we cater to the details of your Event and your guests under your direction. Our entire history and experience has been with a variety of guests/venues - versus the local bar/restaurant scene - where "everyone knows your name." More is needed of our type of hospitality server, and we meet or exceed that goal every time. We have attractive and current-technology bar supplies ranging from power wine openers to power shakers as well as clean, hygienic traditional items as well.. We bring our own cutting board/knives in case you don't have your fruit ready - we are almost the Girl Scouts of Bartending. If we don't have it, and you need it - we'll do our best to get it. WE ALSO GIVE ONE HOUR FREE OF EACH BAR WHISPERER STAFFED TO YOUR EVENT TOWARDS SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN. We try to leave you with as little as possible to do. We will quote our pricing on a per/event basis so that no two quotes are the same - because we know that no two events are the same. And ultimately we will do all that we can to ensure your event's success - and so much so - that your guests leave saying: "Wow you really raised the bar this time." We love seeing customers happy. Their smile is our smile. Bartenders are the Dr. Phil's to a varied demographic. We don't do hair. We don't have doctorate's. But we get you. We know you. The Bar Whisperers went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations, especially on such a short notice. They were able to achieve providing me their services with less than 24 hours of advance. Teri was immediately responsive to my request and continued to follow-up throughout the day to ensure I had everything I needed. Jackie, who I had the pleasure to bartend for me, was extremely professional and pleasant, and also went above and beyond in helping me make my party a success! I will definitely be using The Bar Whisperers again for my next event! Huge thanks!

I can't find enough words to accurately describe our wonderful experience using The Bar Whisperers! We were amazed at the excellent level of communication every step along the way. We were given a list of items that would be helpful to have at hand to make the event go smoothly and suggestions on specialty drinks appropriate to the occasion. We had a high level of trust even before our bartender (Terri) arrived at the house since we were provided with background checks, etc. Great personality and the guests were made to feel they were all the most important people she'd ever met and so were we. We'll be using The Bar Whisperers exclusively from now on!

We had another company that we used in the past. After calling our other company 4 times and not even getting a pickup, we found the Bar Whisperers on Facebook. They answered us within maybe even 15 minutes, and they messaged us back/forth the entire day. (We were on vacation out of town at the time, and trying to make the arrangements long distance.) And they kept on schedule for when we returned as to our paperwork + details. We loved working with them. They provided a Bartender and a Food Server to us. We had horrible weather that day, and it rained so HARD that our professionally set up tents all fell down. And it was VERY HOT outside. While we gave the Bartender a portable AC unit, it was still melting out there. They both never complained, and they were attentive to every detail of our Event that they could help with despite that we were all soaked in sweat! We had a casino at our party, and while Teri made the drinks at the Bar outside, and kept all of that stocked (and brought some very cool items with her), Christina helped set out the food trays, checked on gamblers in another room to see if they needed anything, and they both helped pick up/clean every single thing afterwards. They left us with nothing to do after! They did something that will definitely keep us as customers. They spent their own money (without us asking them to) on some casino themed items for our bar, and they handmade casino visors & other items to wear to be part of our theme. Thank you for letting us share our great experience with the Bar Whisperers and their team. We met Terri through a labor intensive charity effort with Hurricane Harvey, and we like to work with those that give back to the Community. She explained to us about the review that they received that was 100% dishonest, and how disheartening that can be. And so absolutely yes, we are more than happy to tell our experience. And as a business we will be nothing less than 100% honest with you. We hired the Bar Whisperers for a Thank You Party from our Company, and they helped us figure out what to have, what we needed, and how much. One of their supervisors Tracy came and met with us before the event and gave us free time helping us set up everything outdoors, and then we moved it indoors later after dinner. What is important to us when we hire vendors is their professionalism, their attention to our details, and the value for their services. We got all of that with the BAr Whisperers. Several people in our office liked the Bar Whisperers staff so much that they asked if they could be invited to our holiday party at a hotel in December (where we won't need bartenders LOL). We used the Bar Whisperers for a summer outdoor engagement party, and we asked for 2 bartenders, and they were delightful; attentive, and the guests were spoiled. We highly recommend using them. We will again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we don't because a successful event can vary in many aspects that affect our costs - from location - are tips included - are there supplies that you want that we don't have - is there a fluctuation in the number of hours / services you think you may need? And also, pricing has to change based on how many people you will need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important aspect of a successful event is asking you for every detail we can think of, and listening to your answers. While we provide checklists and suggestions - ultimately you will know most of the time the "feel" - the "details" - that you want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A couple of us have attended professional Bartending Academies. However, those don't teach you what on-the-job training does, and it doesn't teach you the mentoring and techniques that we teach each other. Our education is more peer and event-based.
