- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide flat rate pricing options for all repairs. For all of our scheduled maintenance customers, we extend further discounts starting at 10%. Also, for a limited time, we do provide FREE duct inspections!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can give flat rate pricing options that are subject to site inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the industry for 15 years now. I am a Union trained, Star Certified Technician. I went through 5 years of trade school in order to get to the level that I am at. I started my business in 2013 in California then eventually opened up another branch here in the Houston Market.
