All Pricing for remediation and mitigation jobs are set through software called Xactimate which is industry standard.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is Is to meet and greet, hear the issue that the customer has, asses the job to see what will be required to do to complete it. and give an accurate estimate.
