- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process working with a new customer is the same as it is with an existing customer both in the beginning and throughout: Constant communication, confirmation and consideration. From our initial conversation to each step thereafter, we communicate clearly what we will do, confirm in writing what will take place, and are respectful of their environment. Walk-thrus are also key elements of the project. We include schedule walk-thrus on the project schedule and notify you and document issues that may occur during the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed contractors since 2004 and also certified project manager. We also have a background in insurance underwriting. Being able to provide that additional assurance that the customer's property is protected and the work we provide is guaranteed is a comforting for us and the customer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have dealt with all types of customers, from great attitudes to "not-so-great". But regardless of the mood, we continue to perform as service providers and professionals, not taking it personal.
