- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many customer like a price over the phone, I don't work that way because I hate to give a price and when I get to the job site is a completely different price and that sound that I am taking advantage of the customer an excuse to get to their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been working on wood, metal, industrial, automatic doors, shower doors, patio glass doors , store front systems, many different locks, magnet, panic hwr, 3 point locks, now I am not a lock smith so I don't make keys but I can replace your lock, I been doing this since 1967 at 14 years old do the math.
