FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system that covers around 80% of the pest problems in the Atlanta market. If a pest problem is in the other 20%, I am still usually cheaper than most other companies. I refuse to use inferior products to help my bottom line. My general rate for pest control is $65 per quarter. If monthly or bi monthly service is required to gain control of a pest, I recommend that frequency. It really depends on what pest is causing the problem. Some are controlled after 1 service. Some take many months depending on environmental concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear the concerns and address the problem first. Inspect everything that may be conducive to a pest problem and address it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained my state certification and license 10 years ago and have been involved with setting up many of the training courses provided at one one of the largest pest control companies in the United States where I worked as a service manager for both residential and commercial divisions.
