I contacted Web Pros Dallas to do updates to my existing website (content and media). Kris was extremely professional and provided constant updates on the progress of the website changes and asked relevant questions, when needed. What's most commendable is Kris's level of patience and understanding. I may have requested things after the fact (that I did not catch earlier on) and he followed up and made those changes quickly as well.
