- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services are standard but overall I tend to treat things on a case by case basis. By that I mean: How far is the location? What's the occasion? How long is the session? How many people are in the session? Is this an inside or outside event? Is a copyright going to be need? Etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know who I am working with is a big part of how I operate. Communication is key. By talking about likes and dislikes I'm able to help create a moment that the customer will not only love but cherish forever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One year of apprentice work in a studio and in the field. On top of nine years working alongside other businesses and photographers.
