Introduction: Quality and Communication. My dad taught me at a young age to do excellent work in all you do because your name and reputation are on the line. My hope is that you want quality work you can enjoy for a long time. If your looking a quick, cheap, short term fix, then you've got the wrong guy. I also believe in good communication. We will be in YOUR space, so it's important that you are totally comfortable with the process. We'll walk you through the job and go over every detail you need addressed. Soon we'll be shaking hands and doing a deal because you'll be comfortable, and confident, with us as your contractor. I usually make a lifelong friend with the customer because I truly loving meeting new people and getting to know them. I've always enjoyed working with my hands...and to build something that people enjoy I take great pride in. To hear a customer brag about the work I've done is always a good feeling, and I strive for it every time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a "base" price for most work but every job varies some. So the best thing to do is meet with the customer and go over the job and their specific needs. We also get a chance to meet and get to know each other.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first goal is always to understanding the customers needs, their vision, and how they see the project. From there a plan can be worked out on how to achieve that goal. With their vision and our experience things can move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My initial training came in the field watching other professionals work at my dad's company. I would say I learned far more from them then I could in 20 years of school. The rest came in the field. Like most areas of expertise, the best knowledge comes from the experience of work. I've worked professionally in the following industries: -Cabinetry -Masonry -Carpentry (rough and finish) -Windows and Doors -Paint (interior, exterior, epoxy) -Tile -Minor Electrical I've taken all the required building classes in order to know the laws, regulations, and safety standards of the construction industry. I also keep myself updated on the new processes in our industry, as we are seeing some high tech advances in many products and installation methods.
