- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, and all standard pricing is upfront and posted clearly online and in our shop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As always, a friendly greeting, determining the needed service (whether just a bath, to a specific cuts, to extras, like nail painting), asking if there are any special needs their pet requires, such as, medicated or hypoallergenic shampoos, limited mobility, medical conditions, or sensitivities they may have with their feet, face, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprenticed under a master groomer at a high volume shop (15-20 dogs a day).
