- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a basic pricing for basic installs. With more complex projects we do adjust our prices based on the condition of the current floor and the complexity associated with the preparation and install of the new flooring. This is why it is important for us to physically examine the project before giving an accurate estimate. We do go over all of our pricing with our customers before hand and our price will never increase once it is agreed-upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the first thing we like to do is take a look at the project and discuss exactly what the customer would like to have done. If the customer has not already picked out materials for the project we then discuss options for materials (carpet, tile, underlayment, Etc.) Once we've gathered all the information we need we can then put together an accurate price for installation and materials. Once you are happy with the price and you're flooring choice we are ready to go. We can take care of all material pick up and delivery. Now all we need to do is schedule your install and we're good to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between our installers we have over 20 years of experience with various types of flooring removal and installation both residential and commercial.
