Introduction: What makes Osensky Law different from other law firms? Primarily, it's our extensive experience working inside the business. Being an in-house company legal counsel provides a lawyer a unique insight into what kind of legal support a business wants and needs. Unlike a traditional law firm, which is motivated to bill more hours by unnecessarily prolonging or overcomplicating matters, our focus is on providing business value to our clients. To better align our interests with our clients', we generally price our services on a flat-fee, rather than hourly, basis. This makes us more agile and responsive to our clients' needs, and motivates us to find the most practical and effective solutions for them. I have over 20 years of experience as an in-house corporate counsel and a proven track record of successfully solving complex legal, compliance and ethical issues.

Entity formation pricing is based on complexity and number of investors - between $475 and 2500. Pricing for contracts is based on complexity of the document - between $300 and $2000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will conduct a brief initial phone consultation at no cost to determine whether I can help the client. If so, I typically will quote a flat fee for the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a JD in 1994 and have been practicing business law ever since.
