I was quite disappointed. Not only did they not show up, but I was not contacted. After attempting to reach the company for about 2 hours via phone, I was able to reach them via email. The response stated the driver had an accident and they would have a driver to me around 1pm. That was too late considering I was traveling in the afternoon. I was told I would receive a refund of my deposit in 7-10 business days. It is day 10 and I have nat received a refund. I have not been able to reach this company via phone. circumstances were out of our control. i attempted to call and inform you on the situation but didn't get an answer. full refund was processed Tuesday 10/2 and will be cleared by your bank by Monday 10/15. i am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The only thing I could say that was negative about my experience was that they came extremely late due to an appointment before mine with little correspondence but the owner worked relentlessly to keep me posted on their arrival. The movers themselves were great and I believe his name is James, he's a rock star!! Hard working, attentive and very reassuring about the handling of my things. He's a sweetheart!
