- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will go over ideas and concepts for the shoot that is desired. Once we collaborate, we get you on the schedule by means of a deposit. After that, it is a matter of keeping in contact with ideas and updates, and looking forward to the shoot / event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many clients at different points in their lives. We work with couples on their special day, children and families, and often have the privilege of seeing the couples we meet, grow into families. We love everyone! :-)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We have two main tips :-) First suggestion is to make sure your photographer is licensed and insured to ensure you are dealing with a professional business. This is always a good thing! Second is to really look at the portfolios to see if your styles match. There are a lot of great photographers out there, but you should really connect with your photographers :-) Good luck!!
