What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would meet each other at the gym so you can get a feel for the surroundings and go over goals and a plan of action to get you there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM certified and have been in the industry for the last 5 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with basketball at a young age and for my 16th birthday my parents hired a trainer for me in my off-season and fell in love with it ever since. I've also have had numerous injuries throughout the years so the process of recovery and therapy has always kept my attention.
