Working with Rob & the guys at OnRock was a great experience, down to earth people,very knowledgeable & easy to work with. Both my deck & roof came out beautiful at a better price then other bids, I will definately recommend them to others looking to have work done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is priced differently depending on a variety of circumstances & variables. Although we are a small company with low overhead which allows us to offer much better prices then most of our competitors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ive found theres not much typical in life so i like to get to know all my new customers & usually keep in touch long after the jobs are completed .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 18 years of on the job experience with some of the most talented men in the field. I'm also fortunate enough to have some very talented guys with more experience then I working along side me.
