- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Party Entertainment has two main party package options. These include: Sweet Meet and Party Package. Each package is customized based on time frame(s) the client is looking for. Please contact us for more information about one of our main party package options. Party Entertainment also has specialty party packages, which differ from the main package options. These packages include: Story Telling Package, Swimmable Mermaid Package, Event Package, Makeover Party Package, Holiday Parties, Summer Parties, and Phone Call/Letter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Receive all information from the client such as party/event date, party/event time, time client would like performer to arrive, name and age of the birthday child, party/event location, party package client would like, character/performer client would like, and a good phone number/email address to reach the client on the date of the party. 2. Review party package price and details. 3. Create a contract based upon information from number 1. 4. Send contract to client for approval. Client approves or denies within 24 hours. 5. Officially booked. You will receive a re-confirmation email or phone call the week of your party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some of our performers are in the theater/singing field either obtaining their degree in school or working. The rest of our performers are in the education field obtaining their degree or working.
