- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing system varies based on the type of training (personal training, nutrition coaching, or online training). Prices also vary on the components of each program, frequency of sessions, and the travel distance and time to and from sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. I offer a complimentary coaching call for all new customers. 2. During our initial coaching call we will determine the best program for you based on a number of factors including: your health history, goals, budget, schedule and availability, support system, and nutritional habits. 3. Once we determine the best program for you, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment including: a functional movement and postural analysis, biometrics and measurements, and a nutritional intake questionnaire. Upon completion of the assessments, a program tailored specifically for you will be designed. 4. Your professional coaching program begins.
