Rose is on the executive board of the Colorado Bar Association Elder Law section and speaks to groups on the issues of Probate and how to avoid it, Estate planning, Medicaid, Medicare, Guardianship and Conservatorship. Rose is also one of only 9 attorneys in Lakewood who are accredited by the Veteran's administration to represent Veterans. We operate under the guiding principle that our clients' needs come first.
